Flooding, moving, and venting...

1) Flooding. The ol' Mississippi is rising and rising. Here's hoping that the levees hold so I don't have to figure out an alternate route to work!

2) Moving. We're moving to the new duplex on Wednesday! Can't wait.

3) Venting. My job just really sucks right now. It's so stressful and it's making me sick. Literally. I was staying home today on PTO because I was so sick last night and still didn't feel good this morning. Well, it never ends up that way and I had phone calls and fires to put out before 8:30 am.

That's really all I've got. Not very funny. Not very interesting. But hey...someday I'll step it back up.

Oh...wait...one thing. Lily is a rockstar and can sing her ABC's. And both girls are kickass because they have transitioned to toddler beds and have made no bones about it. I'm so proud of them. Their big numero dos birthday is this weekend. I can't believe it.

I've been tagged!

And Sarah is a slut. Okay, okay, just kidding. I haven't updated forever. I suppose it's about time. Or something.

Rules:

Answer the following questions about yourself. At the end of the post you pass on the questions to 6 other bloggers and list their names. Then write them a comment telling them that they've been tagged and ask them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know that you've accepted the challenge and refer to your post.

1. What did you do 10 years ago?
I was 15 years old, so I didn't do much. Not much freedom at that age. That would have made me a...freshman in high school. I played sports, got good grades to apease my parents, and was seeking "true love". Ha ha. At 15! Whatever! I spent my summers Lifeguarding and teaching Red Cross swimming lessons.

2. Five items on your to-do list today:
  • Bitch out Target for sending me toddler beds that got busted the eff up.

  • Get some things ready for a visit to our hometown this weekend.

  • Watch "So You Think You Can Dance" (oh shut up!).

  • Upload some pictures.

  • Purchase some M&Ms to use in Operation Potty Train.

3. Snacks I enjoy:
Peanut M&Ms, Fresh Fruit, String Cheese

4. What would you do if you were a billionare?
Take care of my family and close friends. Help out people that are less fortunate.

5. Places I would live:
Back in the O-Town, where I am now, Bermuda!

6. Bloggers I am passing the challenge onto:
Kristi, Oscar, Jen, Amy, Jess, and Patty
